Owlsome Bracelets is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the products arrived damaged or defective, you may return to us within 30 days of the order date – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused – with all original tags attached. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Step-by-Step Return Guide

1. Email us at hoo-hoo@owlsomebracelets.com and inform of the return. Please include the order number, purchase name, and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please note that buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and restocking fees.

3. After the return items pass the inspection, you’ll receive the refund to the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the fund to show up on your bank account.

You have 24 hours to cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact Owlsome Bracelets as soon as possible. Any cancellations or requests for changes on the order will be refused once the order is processed.
